Hey there, Krafty Planner Pals!

I have a few more new calendars for you and today’s is —a Free Printable 2025 Calendar that’s perfect for keeping you organized and on track throughout the year.

This calendar is designed to be simple yet highly functional, offering plenty of space for you to jot down appointments, notes, reminders, and more.

Whether you’re a busy professional, a student, or someone who loves to stay organized, this calendar is here to help you plan your best year yet!

Why You’ll Love This Calendar

One of the standout features of this calendar is its spacious layout. Each month is displayed on a single page, providing ample room for you to write in all your important dates and notes.

This makes it incredibly versatile—use it to track appointments, plan your tasks, or even set goals and reminders.

The clean, uncluttered design ensures that you can customize it to fit your unique planning style.

Multiple Options to Suit Your Needs

I understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to planning, so I’ve made sure to offer several options:

  • Black-and-White Versions: Perfect for those who prefer a classic, minimalist look. The black-and-white version is easy to read and allows for plenty of customization with your favorite pens and stickers.

  • Color Versions: If you love a bit of color in your life, the color version is for you. It’s vibrant and cheerful, making your planning sessions a little more fun and visually appealing.

  • Portrait and Landscape Layouts: Depending on your planning needs, you can choose between portrait and landscape layouts. The portrait layout is ideal for traditional wall calendars or planner inserts, while the landscape layout works great on desks or bulletin boards.

  • Sunday or Monday Start: Choose the start day that best fits your schedule. Some people prefer to start their week on Sunday, while others find a Monday start aligns better with their workweek. Either way, I’ve got you covered.

How to Use Your 2025 Calendar

Here are some ideas on how to make the most of your new calendar:

  1. Daily Planning: Use the spacious layout to note down your daily appointments, meetings, and tasks. The extra space ensures you have enough room for detailed planning.

  2. Goal Setting: Dedicate a section of each month to your personal or professional goals. Track your progress and stay motivated throughout the year.

  3. Family Organizer: Keep track of family activities, appointments, and important dates. Each family member can have their own color code for easy identification.

  4. Work Planner: Use it in your office or home workspace to keep track of deadlines, meetings, and project timelines.

SUPPLIES I RECOMMEND FOR PRINTING

A PRINTER

If you’re going to be printing in color, I really recommend investing in an HP Instant Ink-compatible printer. The quality of the finished product is amazing! If you don’t need a color printer, I highly recommend a laser printer like the Brother L23 Series. You will save hundreds on ink. You can also get a color laser printer which I would LOVE to have!

PAPER

For everyday printables, planners, and coloring pages for the kiddos I normally use Hammermill Printer Paper, 20 Lb. I love that you can get a small box of 3 reams instead of having to buy one at a time or a whole case of 10.

If I want something a little nicer, I use this laser paper which is incredibly smooth and has very little to no ghosting on the other side. This is perfect if you like to use pens/markers that are prone to bleeding through to the other side.

For printing on A5 paper, I use this Blank 6-Hole Punched A5 Paper. You can also get it without the holes but it’s $6-7 more. Which I think is odd because it’s usually the other way around and you have to pay more for the hole punching.

If you're printing a binder cover that is fade-resistant and lasts a long time, I would recommend the best paper using Epson Presentation paper. It's heavy like cardstock (48 lb), is great when laminated, and is made to last for decades.
