How many years have you started spring cleaning only to be discouraged by the sheer amount of stuff or distracted by the beautiful weather? Would you like to complete spring cleaning this year, before summer? I would love to help.

Some people view spring cleaning as a chore and others can’t wait to get started. I learned about this ritual at an early age. Now, the thought of spring-cleaning evokes precious memories.

When I was a young child the cold inhibiting days of winter were ushered out with a yearly ritual: spring-cleaning. No corner of our home was left untouched by brooms, dusters, scrub brushes, rags, and other cleaning weapons. Every inch of the closet was emptied, inventories were taken, the value was assessed, surfaces were washed and cleaned, and then those clothes that were still 'good' were organized in a useful and efficient way.

Dusting was the major part of my weekly chores and it’s amazing how much accumulates over the course of a week. Here is a great post from Glimmr with 10 + 1 Ways to Control Dust in Your Home.

I’m not sure if my mom had a list to follow but I have to have a plan and this cleaning planner is what keeps me on track. Not only with spring cleaning but with my daily cleaning and declutter tasks too.

The planner is 17 editable pages that will help you maintain a clean home all year round. My two favorite pages are the cleaning & decluttering routine checklist and the stain removal guide. I use that one all the time!

Here’s a quick look at what’s included in the planner:
